Client use cases

Field use cases

Four industrial maintenance stories, experienced on site with Mimorian.

Every story is anonymised: no client names, no identifying details. Every figure is attributed to its source, the managing director or the client's written report, never asserted by Mimorian. And every page states its frame: a real intervention, a test in real conditions, or a demonstration on real data.

What Mimorian produced in the field

Four measurements, each attributed to whoever observed it. None is a market average, none is a projection.

1 day

to bring back into service a machine idle for 18 months, with no usable documentation

Real field intervention, carried out with an integrator partner.

10 minutes

to go from symptom to root cause on a production line failure

Test in real conditions during a pilot, figure from the client's written report.

3 parts

spare parts saved from a needless replacement on that same intervention

Client's written report.

1 h 30

of repair time avoided on that same intervention

Client's written report.

What the field reports, before any tooling

These figures are not Mimorian results. They are the situations sites live through, and they explain why those sites look for a solution. We keep them separate because blurring the two would sell you an outcome we did not produce.

8 hours

of downtime for a part no FMEA had ever flagged as critical

Failure reported by the site.

2 years

between two occurrences of the same furnace door failure, diagnosed from scratch again

Failure reported by the site.

19

incidents only recorded in the CMMS since 2022, the rest living on paper or in people's heads

Observed on the site concerned.

Start from your own industry

The equipment fleet, the constraints and the cost of downtime differ from one sector to the next. Mimorian adapts to your context to diagnose faster and keep maintenance know-how inside the plant.

What these stories do not prove

  • These are not four full multi-year deployments. Two are interventions and tests in real conditions, two are field situations on which the demonstration was run from the machine's real documentation.
  • None of these figures can be extrapolated to your own equipment. A one-day return to service depends on the machine, its documentation and the people on site that day.
  • No overall return on investment is claimed here. The only economic gain figure in the corpus is an estimate by the managing director concerned, presented as such on its page.
  • Every site is anonymised, which prevents you from cross-checking them yourself. That is the price of their agreement to let us tell these stories.

Do these situations sound familiar?

Every story starts from an ordinary shop-floor situation. Show us yours, and we will show you what Mimorian does with it.
