Why Mimorian exists
In industry, critical know-how rests on a few experts. When they leave, the knowledge leaves with them. Technicians spend more time searching for information than diagnosing. The same faults come back, the same mistakes repeat. Work orders fit on a single line and serve no one.
The tools exist (CMMS, document management, technical libraries), but at diagnosis time, no one uses them. The information is there. It stays out of reach.
Mimorian closes this missing link. The platform connects machine documentation, incident history and field feedback to make them available the moment the technician needs them: during the breakdown.
What Mimorian does
Mimorian is a diagnostic assistant that guides the technician's reasoning while leaving the decision to them. The platform ingests manufacturer documentation, structures equipment and its components into a navigable relational graph, and cross-references this with the intervention history.
Each intervention produces a structured report (symptoms, hypotheses, tests, components, resolution) that enriches the knowledge base. The more a plant uses Mimorian, the more intelligence it captures about its equipment. This is trustworthy AI: traceable, sourced, validated by a human.
