When you use the mimorian.co website, SINDRI may collect the following personal data:

Through the contact form / demo request: last name, first name, professional email address, phone number, company name, project description (optional).

Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, date and time of connection. This data is collected anonymously through technical cookies and, where applicable, analytics cookies (see our Cookie policy).

3. Purposes of processing

Personal data is collected for the following purposes:

— Respond to demo and contact requests
— Carry out the commercial follow-up of prospects
— Improve the operation and content of the site
— Comply with the applicable legal obligations

4. Legal basis for processing

The processing of personal data is based on:

— The legitimate interest of SINDRI in responding to commercial requests and improving its services (article 6.1.f of the GDPR)
— The consent of the user for non-essential cookies (article 6.1.a of the GDPR)
— The performance of pre-contractual measures at the user's request (article 6.1.b of the GDPR)

5. Data recipients

Personal data is intended solely for SINDRI's internal teams (sales team and management). It is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

The following technical subprocessors may access the data as part of their services:

— Vercel Inc. (website hosting, United States) — transfer governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses
— Resend Inc. (sending of transactional emails, United States) — transfer governed by the standard contractual clauses

6. Retention period

Data collected through the contact form is kept for a maximum period of 3 years from the last contact with the prospect, in line with the recommendations of the CNIL.

Anonymised browsing data is kept for 13 months at most.

7. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you hold the following rights over your personal data:

— Right of access: obtain confirmation that your data is processed and receive a copy of it
— Right to rectification: have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected
— Right to erasure: request the deletion of your data

8. Security

SINDRI puts in place the appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. The site uses the HTTPS protocol to encrypt data exchanges.

9. Transfers outside the EU

Some data may be transferred to the United States (Vercel, Resend). These transfers are governed by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, in accordance with article 46 of the GDPR.

10. Changes to the policy

SINDRI reserves the right to amend this privacy policy. In the event of a substantial change, a notice will be made available on the site. The date of the latest update is shown below.
